DermaPure carries a 60-day money-back guarantee covering all three package sizes, running from your purchase date. There's one condition attached and one timing problem, and both are worth understanding before you order.

The 30-Day Condition

Brand materials indicate at least 30 days of use before a refund request. Sixty days total minus thirty days of expected use leaves a practical claim window of roughly 30 days — from about day 30 to day 60.

The Timing Problem

Skin cell turnover takes 28–40 days, and microbiome shifts take weeks. That means the earliest honest read on skin is around week six — which is roughly when your claim window closes. The guarantee expires just as the biology would start answering your question.
